Registration is now OPEN. Registration will CLOSE at 11:59pm EST on Friday, February 13. Registration has been extended; it will CLOSE at 12 Noon on Sunday, February 15th!
So tell all your friends, and get them over here before the registration cut-off! =D

Registration Fee
The reg fee is $20.
Please pay via Paypal if at all possible. Payments should be sent to solarcat05@yahoo.com. PLEASE remember to note your LJ username in the comment box when you send your payment!!

If you need to pay with a check, please note this in the "Payment" line of the registration form and message or email me for my address.
This registration fee guarantees your spot in a hotel room (if you need one), and goes to pay for the con suite, munchies and beverages for everyone to share, and a pizza party on Saturday night. Receipts will be available upon request--NONE of this money is going into my pockets.

How do I know I'm registered?
Once I've received your payment, I will reply to your comment and confirm that you are registered. ^^


The Registration Form
Please include all this information!!

Name: (This is just your LJ username, or whatever you'd like to be called. We aren't pre-making nametags.)
Age: (Just indicate that you're over 18 or over 21, if you don't want to give a specific age)
Sex: ("Yes, please" is not the correct answer.)
Location: (Where are you coming from? Doesn't need to be specific, this is to help everyone arrange carpooling/ride sharing.)
Staying in the Hotel?: (Choose [Yes, Fri/Sat], [Yes, Sat] or [No])
Payment: (Choose [Paypal] or [check]. If paying via check, email or message me for my address.)
Anything I should know about?: (Food allergies, other considerations? Feel free to just say "yes" and email me if you'd like to keep the information private.)
Are you willing to be a Room Coordinator?:
Room Coordinators are responsible for making the hotel reservation for their room, and will receive specific information from me about how to do this. Requirements: Must have a credit card, as this is required to reserve a hotel room (fyi: it will NOT be charged until check-out on Sunday). Must be willing and able to communicate and coordinate with your roommates to arrange payment for the room and other logistics. As the general coordinator, I will be available to provide help and support, but RCs have the primary responsibility for their rooms.
Any roommate requests?: Is your best friend also a Merlin fan, and also coming to MiniMerlin? If you want to be assigned a room together, work that out together before you register, and note each other's LJ names here, and we'll make sure you stay together. ^^ Otherwise, rooming will be determined using a complex algorithm. ... Okay, not really. XD
If there is someone you would rather NOT room with, please email or message me with that info. It will be kept confidential.
